01. The Challenge
Sales performance lacked visibility across category, segment, region differences and forecasting accuracy was low, making it difficult for business to understand drivers impacting total profit.

I built an end to end Power BI model using sub categories, states, YoY trends, forecasting visuals and KPIs to drive clear business actionability and insights.
